There'sh nothing wrong with theshe stepping discs - they're working fine. The problem is the matching stepping discs have been moved out of range. Wherever Pen and co have ended up, we need another way to reach them. First, of coursh, we have to find them. |

Right, you lot. That'sh the hard work done. *takes off Science goggles* Put Mr Casanova back in his bed and leave him there; he's not going to wake up for at least six hours.
*looks at watch* It's a pretty day outside - I suggest you all take a break from this excitement before you get any more shtir crazy. Go. Explore the neighbourhood. I'll shtay by his bedside, I promise, the entire time - I have readingsh to take.
Pfred, if you're back here in five and a half hours, I promish you'll be the first thing he sees when he wakes up. |

| Welcome to San Francisco |
[Sep. 17th, 2006|10:46 am] |
Mi casa es tu casa. As you will dishcover, the house always has the necessary number of bedrooms and bathrooms, thanksh to a little fractal algorithm I've employed on its internal structure. So grab yourself a spot.
I'll shortly be beginning efforts to restore de_seingalt to normalcy. The first step will be to get some brain scansh of teresa_lanti, who as a fellow escapee from Them should have a similar neurological makeup.
A shtepping disc in the downstairs bathroom will take you to Miss Gate's house; there's a matching shtepping disc in her unused fish kitchen. (Just make sure you don't step on the one at thish end by accident, if you take my meaning.)
I haven't any Ood so you'll have to do your own shopping, cooking, and cleaning. |

| Giac's diagnosis |
[Sep. 14th, 2006|11:42 am] |
As I shuspected, Mr Casanova has forged a crude psychic link with this p_lazarou creature. A very crude link indeed: he wash not able to free the Doctor from Lazarou'sh possession, and when the Doctor vanished, young Giac was not even able to properly close down the link.
I believe I can reshtore Mr Casanova'sh brain to its normal state, but I'll need the equipment in my labs - that's in Shan Francisco, about a century in the future. Mish Bellino, you musht come along.
I'm going to set up a couple of stepping discs, so anyone who wants to can move at will between Penelope's housh and mine. It may be for the besht if I take little Penny along with me, and young Mish Fred as well, if she wishes to come.
... I should mention that Mrs Joyce has gone off somewhere, as is her wont. There are plenty of spare rooms at the house for anyone who wishes to shtay over. |
